Raise your hand if the holidays are a hard time for you? ✋🏻✋🏻 If I was completely honest, this year Christmas is extremely hard. Two years ago, we would lose my dad shortly after New Years and last year, my grandma was put into ICU on Christmas Day. In fact, Christmas is holding a lot of bad memories for me. We haven’t put up our tree because I can barely face it.
I know I’m not alone. Anxiety, depression, loss, etc. can all become even harder to cope with during the holidays. My goal is to focus on my family and what Christmas is truly about.
