Here we are again, the end of a month! I love these posts and come January-I will have done a FULL YEAR OF FAVORITES! How exciting, right? This month I actually picked up a few new things, so I am really excited about this month!
It’s always fun when you buy new things and this month I loved everything I bought. I hate to admit it but this month’s faves are all beauty! I couldn’t help it! It was just a great makeup month. So, let’s get started!
e.l.f Contouring Brush
I’ve had my eye on this brush for a long time and at $6 I finally caved! Hello beautiful contour lines! I have noticed, the more I do contouring, that I don’t like a thick contour on my cheeks…I feel like it makes me look dirty and muddy. This brush is then and really compact which allows for a thin and precise contour. So cheap and so good. I have been using it every time I put on makeup this month!
Hand Food // Soap and Glory
I purchased this as part of Ulta’s big two day cyber sale before Thankgsgiving for around $5 originally $8. Neither price was bad, but the sale was definitely nice. I have a smaller version of this for my purse and LOVE it so I knew I wanted a full size. It is honestly moisturizing and non-greasy. The smell is amazing: macadamia oil. marshmallow, and shea butter. I have loved moisturizing with this all month! I highly recommend it!
Arbonne Perfecting Liquid Foundation // Fair
This has been a holy grail product for a few years but lately I had ran out and started using some various drugstore foundations to review. My skin has been freaking out and I think part of the problem was not using a better and safer foundation. I finally went back and purchased my good ole Arbonne foundation and I am much happier. This is pure and safe on my skin-much better quality and has sunscreen! I am loving my makeup routine now that this is back in my hands.
Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Concealer // Brightener
I know I am really late to the game on this concealer…but my goodness!! It is a miracle product. I am using the “brightener” color and it is PERFECT for my under eye bags and dark circles. I have been really struggling with finding a good under eye concealer and then I found this! It is honestly the best under eye product I have ever found. The brush is soft and sweeps over the skin well. The brightener has pink undertones that really lighten up the skin. I couldn’t wait to mention this in my favorites!!
NYX Liquid Suede // Soft-Spoken
You guys know how much I love the liquid suede lippies from NYX; soft-spoken is no different. I am actually working on a whole review of the line that should be coming up soon, but just know that soft-spoken is a beautiful mauve nude color that is deep and has some hints of brown. The color is perfect for fall and winter!
Real Technique Miracle Complexion Sponge
In all honesty, I was never a fan of using beauty blenders or sponges…I was much more of a brush girl…until now! This was on sale for under $5 at my local Walmart so I thought I would just give it a try…I’m hooked! I use it damp and it is honestly a miracle worker with my foundation. And it is so inexpensive!! Definitely a new holy grail item.
What products have you loved this month?? Let me know! I always need some more ideas 🙂
