One of my favorite things about this journal is it incorporates prayer & gratitude together. There is a section to fill out in the morning and at night which I also love. This is a great way to bookend your day with good things & focus on the positives. If you’re anything like me, often it is easy to focus on the problems or the negative. This is exactly why I wanted to start a gratitude journal – to get my heart focused on the right things.
There is a daily Biblical affirmation on each page and each page is undated. There is space to answer these questions: prayer requests, things to give thanks for, ways to make the day great, blessings from the day, and ways to make tomorrow better.
The questions are easily filled out in just moments so it won’t take up too much of your time – perfect for anyone just wanting to start getting consistent or try out journaling! I also really enjoyed the Biblical affirmations. It is a great way to ponder the scriptures and get them into your mind daily.
As I noted above, the pages are undated which is perfect if you want to do this daily or only a few times a week! I love the versatility that it brings. The journals are hard cover and good quaility. The cotton one has a nice texture to the cover.

This is such a beautiful journal, but I’m GUTTED that I can’t get it in Australia.
I’ve been looking for a prayer journal for a while, and this ticked so many boxes for me – easy to use, focused and something that would easily added to my routine as well as having scripture throughout. (And not to mention it’s a beautiful design!)
Unfortunately it doesn’t ship out to Australia, so I’ll have to keep looking 😔
