Fall Beauty & Lifestyle Wishlist

Is anyone else about sick of summer and heat and ready for orange leaves, crisp mornings, and all things pumpkin? I am! Usually by mid August, I have had my fill of the sweltering days of Oklahoma summer’s and am ready for all things fall.

When fall begins, that means it is time to bring out the deeper lipsticks and scarves! So today, I am day dreaming about those cool fall days and sharing all things I am wishing to have this fall. Accessories, makeup, and all the fall goodies I already have my eye on, ya’ll! You’ll probably get a glimpse of some of my trends I want to have for the fall as well. SPOILER ALERT: berry lips is one of them!

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in 48 Smoking Plum ($37) If you’ve been around a while, you know that I am a big fan of the YSL Rouge lipstick. It a cross between normal lipstick and a oil or chap-stick. They are some of the best lip products I have ever used. The color I currently have is a bright pink, not really fall worthy. This shade is a gorgeous pale berry color perfect for the upcoming season!

Woven Blanket Scarf ($12.99)  I am a scarf snob; I am very picky about them. However, it just isn’t fall without a thin blanket scarf with some fringe on the edges-my favorite! This one is from Charlotte Russe. I rarely ever shop there, expect for scarves; they know how to make good scarves! It’s smile and so cute, and it is a great accessory for any outfit.

Black Cardigan with Pockets ($28.00)   No fall is complete without a staple: a black cardigan. I honestly probably wear a black cardigan every other day during the fall because they go with so much. This is a simple one with pockets from Yours Clothing. I have been eyeing for over a month and I think I will soon just go ahead and buy it, it is a great price! What is a staple you always buy each fall?

Super Shock Blush in Cheerio ($16) While I will admit these blushes are hard to work with, this color is just gorgeous for fall! It’s described as a deep cranberry. I prefer a more mauve or borderline plum blush for fall and winter instead of a harsh pink. This shade is deep and berry in tones and so lovely. Cheerio has a satin finish which is perfect for my skin. I will need a more dense brush to use with this blush though, the cream like consistency takes some getting used to on how to apply.

Morphe Color Plum 35 Eyeshadow Palette ($22.99)   As I write this, I am so tempted to just go buy this palette but unfortunately it is no where near payday. I have been eyeing Morphe palettes for a long time, I just couldn’t decide which one! For this post, I did a little research and I honestly think that this plum palette would be the best for me. My favorite looks are smokey, berry, purples, neutral gray, etc. Overall these shadows seem really usable, only a few shadows seem a bit too out there for me. For only $23, I will get a lot of use out of it. This fall I can already tell by some of the new lippies I have been sent or won, berry is going to be my go-to this coming season. I am ready for smokey lavender eyes and vampy berry lips.

NYX Liquid Suede in Vintage ($7.00) Hello maroon goodness! Vintage is a beautiful deep red, wine color! I love this for fall and winter because of the deep tones to it. My sister has this color and I need it all to myself now! This is definitely a must get that I am wishing for! There are many other colors in this line I want including soft spoken and cherry skies which are both perfect for fall!

I’m sure you’re one of two people: love this post because you want it to be fall too or hating it because you’re still enjoying summer….either way I just wanted to give you a look into what I am wanting to pick up for this fall season.

What are you wishing for this coming fall?? Give me some ideas in the comments below! XX

I CANNOT wait until fall! Well, Montana doesn’t really get fall. It goes straight into winter but I love wearing plum lip colors and just darkening up my whole look! I really want a couple of cozy sweaters and cardigans this fall.
