Hello friends! Can you believe it’s almost March?? Time is flying by. But the end of the month is one of my favorite times because I get to share my monthly favorites! I find it hard to narrow down just a few items each month—but I did it!
All things Entertainment—
Everybody Loves Raymond- I have been watching this all month on Netflix. I mentioned it on my top TV shows on Netflix. I’m almost done with the seasons and slightly broken-hearted.
13 hours: the secret soldiers of Benghazi- this movie is incredible. Be warned, it’s a typical war movie with language and blood. But I was really interested in seeing it. Being a journalism major Benghazi was a huge talking point in college. This movie is very enlightening for anyone that is curious about the Benghazi attacks. I recommend it—just remember its not for the faint of heart.
Yummies—
Halos/Cuties- I have been obsessed with halo or cutie oranges. They are so good, so healthy, and so yummy! I could eat the whole bunch in just a few days if I wanted too.
Beauty Related— {please ignore the noticeable wear, tear, and mess. I obviously use these products a lot!}
Tangle Teaser- This is a brush that is popular in London; I saw it originally on one of my London bloggers and it is supposed to be great for any hair. I have horribly thick hair that tangles and knots super bad so I was willing to try anything that claims to be an amazing detangler brush. I was skeptical but I honestly love this so far! I have used it alllllll month religiously (obviously). These are sold at Sephora and online at some London drugstores.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer- Holy cow. I have never found such an incredible concealer. This is definitely creamy. I have the mini version in the shade Vanilla from Sephora. The only draw back is the normal size is $29. So I am currently looking for a drugstore dupe of this because I can’t consistently afford this. But this month I have been enjoying this glorious concealer. It has great coverage and actually works as a good highlighters under my eyes.
Real Techniques Expert Face Brush- This is probably my favorite item from this months favorites. I picked this up at the beginning and I haven’t stopped using it all month. I use this for liquid foundation. It is so soft and filled enough that it helps blend in my foundation without having to use much force. If you want a good quality brush for really anything, get this! I bought this at Ulta but even our local Walgreens sells it.
OGX Keratin Oil Shampoo- I bought this and the conditioner at Walmart. I have really enjoyed this shampoo this month. It is supposed to help strengthen and repair your hair. I have split ends and some damage because of the so many knots and tangles. OGX is such a great brand of hair care; you really feel like you are getting pricey hair care for affordable prices.
e.l.f Makeup Mist & Set- During a wedding, I had the Urban Decay setting spray used on me and I really thought it helped. Being a recent college grad with no job, I can’t afford high priced everything so I set out to find a dupe of it- enter e.l.f. makeup mist & set. I love this stuff! I really feel like it helps set my makeup and keeps it looking new and fresh all day; and it’s e.l.f. so it is incredibly affordable. It smells good, consider it is only really green tea, cucumber, and vitamins. Pick this up at Target, Walmart, and possibly drugstores.
I hope you enjoyed seeing a few of the things I have LOVED this month. What have you been loving?? Tell me! Maybe i’ll try it for next month!
